Simple and fair rules for digital downloads.

In short
- All products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after checkout.
- If a file is faulty, contact me within 24 hours of your purchase and I will fix it or refund you.
- Because files cannot be returned, there are no refunds for a change of mind.
Faulty or missing files
If a file is damaged, will not open, or is missing from your download, contact me within 24 hours of your purchase. I will first try to fix the problem or send you a working file. If I cannot fix it, you will get a full refund.
Change of mind
Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so I cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase. Please check the product description, file formats and the download help page before you buy. If you are unsure, ask me first.
How to request help or a refund
- Send a message through the contact page or email support@digifitch.com.
- Include your order number and a short description of the problem. A screenshot helps.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Purchases on Etsy
Orders placed in my Etsy shop are handled through Etsy and follow Etsy’s purchase and refund rules.
