1. Who we are

Digifitch (digifitch.com) is run by Emrah Kaya, an independent designer based in Samsun, Turkey. You can reach us at support@digifitch.com.

2. Digital products

All products are digital files such as SVG, PNG, DXF and EPS. Product images may show mockups and props for display only; you receive the digital design files listed in the product description.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Your files are available to download immediately after payment.

4. License

Each purchase gives you a personal and commercial use license as described in the commercial use license. You may not resell, share or redistribute the digital files.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login safe. Please let us know if you notice any unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, images and text on this website belong to Digifitch unless stated otherwise. Buying a design gives you a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the artwork.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to provide working, high-quality files. To the extent permitted by law, Digifitch is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the files or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
